Placement Process

Step 1: Members from companies interact with students on campus through Business Thought Leadership panels, guest Lecture, conferences, workshops, Live Projects, and other Corporate Forums.

Step 2: Students gets a Career Counseling by faculties and trained professionals in different functional areas.

Step 3: The Placement Team indentifies the potential recruiters, interacts with the companies and Student profiles and other relevant details are shared with selected companies.

Step 4: The companies conduct Pre-Placements Talks (PPT) to give in-depth information about them including the roles and profiles being offered.

Step 5: After the PPT, students should submit their resumes to offered job profiles according to their interest by within the deadline set by the companies.

Step 6: Based on the Applications, Slotting will be done subject on following parameters, Student Preferences, Work profile, Job Location, Salary package, Student Intake, Career Prospects & the students will get shortlisted for final Interview.

Step 7: Companies conduct their selection process which typically comprises on the shortlisted CV, Group Discussions, and Interviews.

Step 8: Final results are announced by the companies.
